Thanks for stopping by!
Feel free to drop me a line if you have any suggestions or comments!

April 26th, 2012. At long last I am home! It was a long and exhausting trip, and I'm really happy to be home. However, I had a great time even if I am completely worn out. A HUGE thank you to JC Herrell, Mary Thomason and Jiley Romney for giving me a place to sleep along the way. And a big Thank You to Susanne and Brad Clarke of Scarab Glass Works in Fresno, CA for providing such a great place to teach and the excellent food and place to stay! The class was intense, but I enjoyed it and I hope everyone who took the class did too.

We got a new addition to the family when I got home! This is Bree, she will be 5 in September. The day before I left on this trip I got a call asking if we were interested in another dog that was looking for a good home. I knew Mr. Smith would like the company, so I said we would give it a try. She is doing really well. Only took her a couple days to settle in.

I guess I better get a decent picture of Mr. Smith (Smitty) to put on here too!

At long last I have put new beads on the BEAD Page! Link at the top of this page.

BUTTERFLY PENDANT $100.00
This is one of the new pieces I've been working on for the past few months. It's a combination of lampwork and kiln work. I've made the murrine, fused and cold worked the piece. I reallly like the way they are turning out.

SMALL LENTIL #1 $29.00
I really like this size lentil for a bracelet. Copper endcaps have been riveted on with copper tubing

SMALL LENTIL #2 $29
This one is done with Satake Glass from Japan in transparent aqua and bronze over fine silver foil. Lots of sparkle, one of my favorites. Brass end caps riveted on with copper tubing.

SMALL LENTIL #3 $29.00
The photo really doesn't do this one justice. An interesting mix of cream with blue/purple, etc. There is a nice metallic sheen here and there that the photo doesn't capture, and all encased with clear. Sterling silver end caps have been riveted on with copper tubing.

SMALL LENTIL #4 $29.00
A beautiful mix of blue and purple, etc., encased with clear. Again, the photo doesn't capture the nice metallic sheen of some of the glass colors. Copper end caps riveted on with copper tubing.

SMALL LENTIL #5 $29.00
This one is also made with Satake Glass from Japan. Transparent purple and pink over silver foil. Gold leaf and clear encasing add more depth and sparkle! Copper end caps have been riveted on with copper tubing.

Stay Tuned! More beads will be added over the next few days. I promise! Thanks for looking.
